FWC-HRMS — AI-Powered HR Management System

Developed an AI-driven bulk resume screening and auto-ranking module in Python, processing over 30 resumes per batch with a rule-based fallback for low-confidence AI outputs. Exposed the resume-screening pipeline as REST endpoints using FastAPI, and built a Django module for admin, employee, and HR management workflows. Designed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline using SQL Server and vector indexing, reducing HR query response time by 40%. Evaluated AI frameworks and models with Vertex AI to select optimal solutions for the screening pipeline, integrating Google Workspace APIs for content handling. Utilized GitHub Copilot and OpenAI Codex to accelerate code generation; deployed the project for public access.

Netflix Clone — Full-Stack Streaming Platform

Designed and built a full-stack streaming platform end-to-end, featuring a Java/Spring Boot backend and a React frontend with 17 REST API endpoints for authentication, profiles, and payments. Decomposed the backend into independent microservices communicating via an API gateway, conducting local load tests to validate design against concurrent traffic and service-to-service latency. Developed reusable Angular components for content browsing and profile management, integrating them alongside the React UI to compare Angular's component model against React's. Architected the Oracle Database schema for users, video metadata, and subscriptions; optimized SQL queries, reducing query latency by 25% in benchmark testing. Implemented a Redis caching layer for frequently accessed metadata and session data, and RabbitMQ for asynchronous order and notification processing between services. Created JUnit test suites covering core service logic (authentication, profile, and payment modules) to ensure functionality before integration.
